Education and Awareness

A key work stream for RIGT is education and public awareness.  By this we mean making sure people have access to information about how to gamble responsibly.

Our key activities in this area include:

1. commissioning and funding education programmes and resources
2. developing and maintaining the public awareness website, www.gambleaware.co.uk
3. evaluating all programme and resources to ensure that they are of the highest standards
4. identifying and enabling the best routes to delivering these educational and awareness messages

We hope in time to also develop a range of materials and resources to help people seeking information on how to help themselves or others who may be struggling with a problem in this area.
